Wingwatchers, Inc.

Klamath Wingwatchers, Inc is the producer and primary sponsor for the Winter Wings Festival as of 2005. This non-profit organization also sponsors Pelicans On Parade, the Lake Ewauna Trail, the Klamath Basin Birding Trail, bird and child friendly booths at various community activities, watershed activities, etc.

We have monthly Board meetings, an Annual Meeting in April/May, and some public meetings throughout the year. A newsletter is sent out to paid members at least once each year.

NOTICE TO MEMBERS AND FOLKS WHO WANT TO BE

Wingwatcher's 2006 Annual Meeting was Thursday, May 4 from 6-8 pm for dinner at Antonio's on Main St in their lounge. Our 2006 Annual Meeting was something special.� For the first time, members voted on Board Members, who in turn elected officers.� Our Board increased from 4 to 9 members, as our new By-Laws allowed.�

Our next Annual Meeting will be in May 2007.� A report on current Wingwatchers' projects and a short Board meeting will follow the vote on Board Members. Your dues must be paid in order to vote unless you have received an "honorary membership" card, good for one year from date of mailing.� Dues are $10/student, $15/individual, $25/ family, and $35/business.� Send them to Wingwatchers, P.O. Box 251, K. Falls, OR� 97601 or bring them to the meeting.
