Just for Vendors

We invite you to be a part of the second Winter Wings Festival, to be held February 16, 17, 18, and 19, 2006 here in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The Winter Wings Festival is a greatly expanded version of what was, for 25 years, the Bald Eagle Conference,� a much smaller celebration of the largest wintering population of bald eagles in the lower 48 states� The Winter Wings Festival has been created and named to have a much broader appeal to the community and to visitors from around the nation and the world. The conference averaged 310 registrations over each of the past five years. With the tremendous advertising provided by the Great Basin Visitor Association in the November - December 2004� issues of Bird Watchers Digest, Birders' World and Birding Magazine (see ad to the right) and greatly expanded local publicity, we met our 2005 goal of 1000 plus attendees. We hope to increase this in 2006.

In addition to an exciting selection of workshops, field trips, tours,� and free activities, there is now an equal emphasis on top quality commercial vendors and artists along with a major Downtown Thursday event to stir up traffic and interest in Winter Wings activities.

We are offering Vendor/Display spaces both in downtown Klamath Falls and at the recently, and very beautifully, remodeled Oregon Institute of Technology College Union. Custom arrangements can be made for downtown space during the Thursday event. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of something that's getting bigger and better.

At OIT,� Display tables are free and will be located upstairs in the College Union.� All Vendor table space is downstairs in the College Union on the main floor.� Table rentals will be only $15 for each table, with an additional 15% of gross sales to be collected by 6:00 PM on Saturday, February 18. Every table is numbered.� Table space is on a first received - first reserved basis.�
