Online: The preferred method is to register online at our festival registration site. Using this method you may charge your fees to a credit card or mail a check (see address and information below). You will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation that you have reserved your requested selections. REGISTER NOW!
By Mail: A second choice is to download a registration form from this website (by clicking the words "registration form"), print it, fill it in and send it in by mail with a check to the Registrar:

On-site Registration and Help Desk: As you enter the first floor of the Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) College Union, you will find the Registration table in front of the fireplace. There you can pick up your registration packets from advance registration (online or mailed). Walk-ins can register for open activities, but expect limited availability. Visit the Help Desk near Registration for answers to questions about the Festival, restaurants, and getting around Klamath Falls. Local maps, including ones that provide directions to birding spots, will be available. The On-site Registration and Help Desk is open:
- Friday 2:00 pm - 9:30 pm
- Saturday 7:00 am - 7:15 pm
- Sunday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
CANCELLATIONS
The Winter Wings Festival reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason. If we cancel an event because a key leader/presenter is unable to participate, you will receive a full refund for that paid event. If we cancel an event due to weather-related conditions, no refund will be issued.
If an attendee cancels a registration to any event for any reason, the following refund policy will apply:
- Cancellations made prior to February 13, 2011 will result in a full refund of fees paid less a $10 processing fee.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made on or after February 13, 2011 for weather-related conditions or other reasons, or for no-shows.
