Photography Contest

Rules
Photographers who receive more than 50% of their income from photo sales are considered professionals and are ineligible. Prints only are acceptable.
Divisions:
Adults (18 and over) and Youth (under 18)
Categories:
1) Eagles; 2) Birds; 3) Other wildlife; 4) Nature Scenery
Number of Entries:
Limit 2 per category and 6 per person total.
Preparation of Entries:
All prints must be mounted on foam board or similar material. All entries should be no smaller than 8x10 and no larger than 16x24. No hangers required, no frames will be accepted and matting is optional. Entrant's name, address, phone number, category, and division must be on the back of each entry.
Deadline:
Entries will be accepted from 3 - 6 on Friday February 13th, and from 10 am - 12 on Saturday February 14th at the Photo Table on the 2nd Floor of the Student Union at Oregon Institute of Technology.
Judging:
Judging of entries will occur Saturday afternoon.
Prizes:
Best of Show - Adult, Best of Show - Youth, and People's Choice prizes will be donated by Canon USA and Leo's Camera Shop. Each Category will be awarded a $10.00 first place prize. Ribbons will be placed on their photos by 5pm Saturday. Prizes can be picked up at the registration table.
Display of Entries:
Photos will be at OIT Student Union 2nd Floor from 3 pm on Friday through 6 pm on Saturday.
Pick up of Entries:
You may pick up your entry at the Photo Display area at OIT Student Union 2nd Floor between 5 - 6 pm Saturday, February 14, and 8:30 - 10:00 am on Sunday, February 15. Entries not picked up by 10 AM Sunday February 15th can be claimed at Leo's Camera, 437 Main st. between 9am and 5 pm on Tuesday, February 17th.
