Photography Contest

Rules

Photographers who receive more than 50% of their income from photo sales are considered professionals and are ineligible. Prints only are acceptable.

Divisions:
Adults (18 and over) and Youth (under 18)

Categories:
1) Eagles; 2) Birds; 3) Other wildlife; 4) Nature Scenery

Number of Entries:
Limit 2 per category and 6 per person total.

Preparation of Entries:
All prints should be mounted, matted, framed and ready to hang with a maximum size of 20 X 24". Entrant's name, phone number, address, category, and division must be on the back of each entry.

Deadline:
Entries will be accepted from 3 - 6 pm on Friday, February 15th, and from 10:00 am - Noon on Saturday, February 16 at the Photo Table on the 2nd Floor of the Student Union at Oregon Institute of Technology.

Judging:
Judging of entries will occur Saturday afternoon.

Prizes:
Ribbons for First and Second Place. Best of Show = Ribbon and $50. Come to Registration Table to get check. Winning entries will receive Ribbons placed on their photos by 5 pm Saturday. Peoples' Choice = Ribbon and $25

Display of Entries:
Photos will be at OIT Student Union 2nd Floor from 3 pm on Friday through 6 pm on Saturday.

Pick up of Entries:
You may pick up your entry at the Photo Display area at OIT Student Union 2nd Floor between 5-6 pm Saturday, February 16, and 8:30 - 10:30 am on Sunday, February 17. Entries not picked up by 10:30 am on Sunday can be claimed at 409 Pine Street, Klamath Falls between 8:30 am - 4:30 pm as of Tuesday, February 19.
