Darrel Samuels
Currently President of the Klamath Basin Audubon Society, Darrel is especially interested in forming partnerships with environmental and educational agencies that serve the Klamath Basin. In addition to his Audubon duties, he volunteers for the Klamath Bird Observatory in their outreach educational programs and participates in local programs that allow children and adults to connect with the natural world with an emphasis on birding. A retired elementary school teacher, Darrel enjoys partnering with local teachers and students to enrich science and nature related activities.
