Damian Fagan
Biologist and author Damian Fagan returns to the Winter Wings Festival. Although his specialty is wildflowers, having co-authored several books including "Pacific Northwest Wildflowers," he also works as a contract biologist focusing on owl, raptor and breeding bird surveys. He is active in the Central Oregon Audubon Society and will be sharing his photographs and knowledge of Oregon Owls.
