Vendors & Displays
We would like to invite you to be a part of the 2014 Winter Wings Festival which will be held February 13-16, 2014, at the Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT) College Union in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The Festival is a celebration of eagles, raptors, and waterfowl and is a community-wide event that offers a variety of field trips, mini-sessions and workshops. This year our keynote speakers are Bill Thompson, Rick Sammon and Brian Sullivan, who are all outstanding leaders in birding and photography.
In addition to an exciting selection of field trips, mini-sessions and workshops, there is also an emphasis on top quality photographers, commercial vendors and artists, primarily in nature-related fields. That is why we are offering you vendor/display space at the Festival! This is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of something that is getting bigger and better each year. The 2013 Festival had 620 registrants with an additional 1200 attendees that walked in during the four day event.
Display space for participating agencies or non-profits without sales is available on a first come-first served basis and there is no charge for the first table, however, a second table will be $35. Vendor sales space is $70 per table or space and $80 per table or space with electricity (limited availability). We are limiting the downstairs space at OIT to 45 vendors/displays. All space is available on a first come-first served basis with nature-related vendors and displays receiving priority.
All vendors be expected to stay during the entire festival from Friday through Sunday.
We hope you will join us for this fabulous winter event. Application deadline for vendors and display spaces is February 1, 2014.
