Online registration will open December 15, 2018 at 9 am PST

Registration is required for all activities with an associated fee, including field trips, workshops, receptions, and keynotes. Some free events also require registration; the program tab descriptions and schedules not the activities that are free but registration required. You pay an initial $7 to register for one or more events unless you are a volunteer.

We are converting to a new registration system for the 2019 festival. You will notice several new procedures and changes to the look and feel of the registration interface. We will make every effort to make your registration experience as successful as possible. However, please be patient as we transition over to our new registration system as we are all learning.

Cancellation Policy

The Winter Wings Festival reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason. If we cancel an event because a key leader/presenter is unable to participate, you will receive a full refund for that event. If we cancel an event due to weather-related conditions, no refund will be issued. If an attendee cancels a registration to any event for any reason, the following policy will apply:

  • Cancellations made prior to January 31, 2018 will result in a full refund of fees paid less a $10 processing fee
  • Cancellations made on or after February 1, 2018 for weather-related conditions, other reasons, or for no-shows will not be refunded
