Tips for Registering

The 2019 program schedule is available under the program tab. We suggest that you review the activity descriptions and schedule, our graphical schedule at a glance, and the registration guide.  You may want to print some or all of them for easy reference. Check off the activities that you want to sign up for on your printed registration guide and have it available for reference. Cross-check your preferred activities against the graphical schedule to make sure that none overlap. Have alternates in mind in case your preferred activities are closed.

For questions on how to register contact us at 1-877-541-BIRD (2473) and leave a message or email our registrar at gro.t1548016615seFsg1548016615niWre1548016615tniW@1548016615ofni1548016615. If activities you are interested are closed, leave a message to be added to our waiting lists.

Online Registration is Open!

Registration is required for all activities with an associated fee, including field trips, workshops, receptions, and keynotes. Some free events also require registration; the program tab descriptions and schedules note the activities that are free but registration required. You pay an initial $7 to register for one or more events unless you are a volunteer.

We have a new registration system. Once you submit your online registration you will not be able to make changes on your own. Contact us at gro.t1548016615seFsg1548016615niWre1548016615tniW@1548016615ofni1548016615 if you need assistance in changing your registration once you have submitted it. Once you complete your registration you will receive an online registration confirmation from us.

In addition to registering for the paid and free activities, the online system gives you the option to sign-up for volunteer activities and make some advance purchases. If you wish to purchase a 2019 Festival T-shirt with the Varied Thrush image go to the Bird Guides and T-shirt Sales option using the registration link below.  You may purchase online until Jan. 29. Limited T-shirts will be available to purchase at Oregon Tech.

We will make every effort to make your registration experience as successful as possible.  Feel free to call 1-877-541-BIRD (2473) if you have questions about registration and leave a message.

Note: The button below will link you to our online registration system’s log in page. As a new registrant, you should select Create Account on that page. Once you have registered for activities, you can log in again with your user ID and password to review your registration or purchase merchandise or volunteer.
